Voyage is a decent ROM Hack. While it doesn’t necessarily try to make the core game of Mega Man 4 better or different, it is a nice technical feat in its own right. The hack suffers from handholding and gimmicks that repeat a lot or drag on for too long. All the big bosses from Mega Man 4 are gone, and the castle stages are average at best. Treat this hack as a technical accomplishment, rather than a truly polished gaming experience and you’ll understand why it exists.
